1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "User"), and Rightmo Web Solutions, a business entity located in Sri Lanka ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), concerning your access to and use of the rightmo.lk website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application relating, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, then you may not access and use the Site and services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• Take any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site or our systems or services connected to the Site.
• Engage in any harassment, abuse, insult, threat, or intimidation directed towards any user of the Site.
• Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ.
• Share any sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site.

6. User-Generated Contributions

The Site does not offer users the ability to submit or post content. We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Site, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, "Contributions").

Contributions made to the Site are non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting a Contribution, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose.

7. Contribution License

By posting your Contributions to any part of the Site or associated social media platforms, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and license to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such Contributions (including, without limitation, your image and voice) for any purpose, whether commercial, promotional, or educational, and on any platform (social media, internet, television, etc.), by any means now known or later developed in the sole discretion of Rightmo Web Solutions. If you provide video Contributions or post live streams, you further grant us all rights necessary to use the thumbnail, likeness, image, likeness of your face, and voice in connection with a playback and distribution of the video content.

8. Guidelines for Reviews

We may provide you areas on the Site to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you must comply with the following criteria:

• You should have firsthand experience with the person/entity being reviewed.
• Your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, or abusive, racist, offensive, or hate-based statements.
• Your reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Your reviews should not contain personal contact information such as email addresses, telephone numbers, or physical addresses.
• Your reviews may not contain links to external websites.
• We reserve all rights to approve, deny, remove, or edit reviews in our sole discretion.

9. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Site may contain (or you may be sent via the Site) links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content").

Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and none of the inclusion of, linking to, or transmission of Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content is an endorsement by us of such Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content.

10. Site Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Monitor the Site for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
• Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities.
• In our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof.
• In our sole discretion and without limitation to any other rights we have, remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems.
• Otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.

However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
